Ni\u00f1ez, Adolescencia y la Juventud del Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 una iniciativa que tiene como objetivo integrar a la entidad al Registro Nacional de Obligaciones Alimentarias (RNOA), mediante reformas a dos leyes locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La diputada Deni Gast\u00e9lum Barreras (Morena), acompa\u00f1ada del diputado Sebasti\u00e1n Ordu\u00f1o Fragoza (Morena), promoventes de la propuesta, present\u00f3 el dictamen ante las y los integrantes del \u00f3rgano colegiado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador Ordu\u00f1o Fragoza explic\u00f3 que la iniciativa plantea armonizar la Ley de los Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes, as\u00ed como la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial, con el fin de incorporar a Sonora a este registro, el cual permite que las y los menores reciban sus pensiones alimenticias de manera oportuna y completa; y restringe que las personas deudoras realicen diversos tr\u00e1mites oficiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que la adhesi\u00f3n de la entidad al RNOA permitir\u00e1 fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, agilizar procesos judiciales, sancionar a quienes incumplen con estas obligaciones y fomentar una cultura de responsabilidad parental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3n estuvieron presentes las diputadas Jazm\u00edn G\u00f3mez Liz\u00e1rraga (PT) y Alicia Gayt\u00e1n S\u00e1nchez (Morena), as\u00ed como los diputados Julio C\u00e9sar Navarro Contreras (Morena), C\u00e9sar Salazar L\u00f3pez (NAS) y Ra\u00fal Gonz\u00e1lez de la Vega (PVEM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dictamen aprobado por unanimidad ser\u00e1 turnado a la Comisi\u00f3n de R\u00e9gimen Interno y Concertaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (Cricp) para su
