{"id":67907,"date":"2026-04-09T10:46:50","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T17:46:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irreverentenoticias.com\/24\/?p=67907"},"modified":"2026-04-09T10:46:52","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T17:46:52","slug":"continua-congreso-de-sonora-analisis-de-reforma-en-materia-de-consentimiento-sexual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irreverentenoticias.com\/24\/index.php\/2026\/04\/09\/continua-congreso-de-sonora-analisis-de-reforma-en-materia-de-consentimiento-sexual\/","title":{"rendered":"Contin\u00faa Congreso de Sonora an\u00e1lisis de reforma en materia de consentimiento sexual"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n para la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero del Congreso del Estado de Sonora llev\u00f3 a cabo una mesa de an\u00e1lisis jur\u00eddico sobre la reforma al C\u00f3digo Penal en torno al consentimiento sexual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"8 de Abril 2026 - Foro: Redefiniendo el Consentimiento Sexual\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PfFct5PDdV4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el encuentro, la diputada Alicia Gayt\u00e1n S\u00e1nchez (Morena) explic\u00f3 que este espacio tiene como prop\u00f3sito enriquecer la propuesta, impulsada por integrantes de la sociedad civil, mediante la incorporaci\u00f3n de la experiencia jurisdiccional y operativa de quienes participan en la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley en el estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el objetivo de la iniciativa es garantizar que los casos de abuso sexual contra la ni\u00f1ez y la adolescencia sean analizados, atendidos y juzgados con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, as\u00ed como bajo un enfoque integral de derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta mesa de trabajo participaron juezas y jueces, ministerios p\u00fablicos especializados, representantes de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia (FGJE), de la Procuradur\u00eda para la Defensa de Personas con Discapacidad, Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE), de las asociaciones civiles Jur\u00eddicas feministas AC y de la Observatoria Todas MX. As\u00ed como representantes de las organizaciones EnIgualdad y Equality Now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las y los asistentes participaron en el intercambio de ideas, compartiendo diversas opiniones y consideraciones en torno a las modificaciones propuestas a distintos art\u00edculos del C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado, con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer el contenido de la iniciativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este ejercicio de an\u00e1lisis se realiz\u00f3 en el marco de las actividades del proyecto \u201cRedefiniendo el Consentimiento de las Juventudes de Sonora\u201d, impulsado
