{"id":67270,"date":"2026-02-13T18:00:46","date_gmt":"2026-02-14T01:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irreverentenoticias.com\/24\/?p=67270"},"modified":"2026-02-13T18:06:44","modified_gmt":"2026-02-14T01:06:44","slug":"analizan-en-comision-del-congreso-de-sonora-iniciativa-en-materia-de-administracion-de-bienes-asegurados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irreverentenoticias.com\/24\/index.php\/2026\/02\/13\/analizan-en-comision-del-congreso-de-sonora-iniciativa-en-materia-de-administracion-de-bienes-asegurados\/","title":{"rendered":"Analizan en comisi\u00f3n del Congreso de Sonora iniciativa en materia de administraci\u00f3n de bienes asegurados"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia y Derechos Humanos del Congreso del Estado sostuvieron este jueves una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo para analizar la iniciativa de reforma a la Ley para la Administraci\u00f3n de Bienes Asegurados, Decomisados o Abandonados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El diputado Ren\u00e9 Garc\u00eda Rojo (PT), presidente de la comisi\u00f3n, estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por las diputadas Amairany Pe\u00f1a Escalante (PES) y los diputados Julio C\u00e9sar Navarro Contreras (Morena) y Emeterio Ochoa Baz\u00faa (PRI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador, quien tambi\u00e9n es impulsor de la iniciativa, explic\u00f3 que la propuesta busca armonizar la legislaci\u00f3n con la Constituci\u00f3n y respetar la autonom\u00eda de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (FGJE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el resguardo prolongado de bienes asegurados genera costos constantes y acumulativos para el Estado, como el mantenimiento de veh\u00edculos en corralones, la ocupaci\u00f3n permanente de espacios f\u00edsicos, la custodia y vigilancia continua, la conservaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima para evitar su deterioro y la gesti\u00f3n administrativa permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa tambi\u00e9n plantea fortalecer la transparencia y la responsabilidad institucional, al establecer procedimientos claros que garanticen el manejo legal de los bienes y permitan verificar su destino a favor de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las y los asistentes coincidieron en que esta reforma no s\u00f3lo representa una armonizaci\u00f3n, sino que tambi\u00e9n contribuye al orden institucional y a la justicia social al establecer bases m\u00e1s claras para la administraci\u00f3n responsable de bienes que se encuentran en resguardo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la reuni\u00f3n acudieron Alejandra Burruel Villanueva, oficial mayor de la FGJE, as\u00ed como representantes de la Instituci\u00f3n, de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno, y del Centro de Investigaciones Parlamentarias del Estado (Cipes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"12 de Febrero 2026 - Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia y Derechos Humanos\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uZQL66MbVVc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
