trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n de Fomento Econ\u00f3mico y Turismo, analiz\u00f3 la iniciativa que propone regular las plataformas digitales de hospedaje que operan en la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El diputado Rub\u00e9n Gonz\u00e1lez Aguayo (PT), presidente del \u00f3rgano colegiado y promovente de la propuesta, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de Roberto Gradillas Pineda, secretario de Econom\u00eda y Turismo, explic\u00f3 que la iniciativa contempla modificaciones a la Ley Estatal de Turismo, as\u00ed como a las leyes de Salud, Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Servicios Inmobiliarios y de Equilibrio Ecol\u00f3gico y Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que la finalidad de la reforma es salvaguardar la seguridad e integridad de quienes hacen uso de servicios de hospedaje a trav\u00e9s de estos sistemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa establece que se contar\u00e1 con un padr\u00f3n de anfitriones y de plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas que operen en Sonora, lo que permitir\u00e1 dar seguimiento y supervisi\u00f3n a su funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se obliga que las y los prestadores proporcionen informaci\u00f3n clara y veraz sobre los inmuebles ofertados, habiliten medios de contacto para la atenci\u00f3n de quejas o aclaraciones, garanticen instalaciones seguras e higi\u00e9nicas, y cumplan con las contribuciones fiscales correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Representantes de la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda y Turismo, de Gobierno, de Hacienda, y de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Hoteles y Moteles del Estado coincidieron en la importancia de establecer mecanismos que brinden mayor certeza y seguridad a las personas que visitan la entidad, garantizando condiciones adecuadas en el hospedaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador Gonz\u00e1lez Aguayo reiter\u00f3 que se continuar\u00e1n realizando pr\u00f3ximamente diversas reuniones de trabajo, con representantes del sector
