del Trabajo, analiz\u00f3, en conjunto con el Consejo Social y Permanente, la iniciativa que propone armonizar la legislaci\u00f3n estatal con la reforma federal en materia de libertad referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El diputado \u00d3scar Ortiz Arvayo (PT), presidente de la comisi\u00f3n, destac\u00f3 que la iniciativa presentada por los grupos parlamentarios de los partidos Morena, del Trabajo, Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico, Encuentro Solidario y Nueva Alianza Sonora tiene el prop\u00f3sito de adecuar el marco jur\u00eddico estatal a la reciente reforma federal en la materia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La modificaci\u00f3n, dijo, busca que los sindicatos del servicio p\u00fablico en la entidad est\u00e9n protegidos frente a cualquier acto de injerencia indebida por parte de autoridades o de personas servidoras p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las diputadas y los diputados presentes expusieron que la propuesta busca tipificar la injerencia sindical como falta administrativa grave, fortaleciendo la libertad gremial, la imparcialidad institucional y los procesos democr\u00e1ticos al interior de las organizaciones de personas trabajadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, representantes del Consejo Sindical, integrado por l\u00edderes de diversos sindicatos locales, compartieron opiniones y observaciones sobre la iniciativa, subrayando la relevancia de contar con reglas claras que garanticen el respeto a los derechos colectivos de las personas trabajadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el diputado Ortiz Arvayo inform\u00f3 que la iniciativa en an\u00e1lisis se dictaminar\u00e1 en una pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n a su
