Con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de mil personas, el programa de activaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica La H en Movimiento, impulsado por el presidente municipal Antonio Astiazar\u00e1n Guti\u00e9rrez, contin\u00faa acercando a las colonias actividades gratuitas para el cuidado f\u00edsico, nutricional y emocional de la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rafael Cruz, director del Instituto del Deporte de Hermosillo (IDH), destac\u00f3 que adem\u00e1s de la activaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica con instructoras de zumba, La H en Movimiento brinda atenci\u00f3n en nutrici\u00f3n a personas en colonias como Las Lomas, Solidaridad, El Apache, Carmen Serd\u00e1n y Los Olivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El programa tambi\u00e9n impulsa otras disciplinas como lucha libre, boxeo y talleres de primeros auxilios, con el prop\u00f3sito de mejorar la calidad de vida de las y los hermosillenses mediante el deporte, la prevenci\u00f3n y el autocuidado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entre las colonias a las que llega el programa se encuentran Dunas, Lomas de Madrid, Sahuaro, Progresista, Sonacer, Las Praderas, Real del Carmen, El Apache, Urbi Villa del Rey, Los Olivos, Las Lomas, Altares, Nuevo Hermosillo, Insurgentes, San Luis, Villa del Cedro, Puerta Real, Villa Verde, Bicentenario, Villas del Real, El Encanto, Miguel Hidalgo, Carmen Serd\u00e1n, La Caridad, Piedra Bola, La Victoria y San Pedro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
