La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Sonora (FGJES) llev\u00f3 la continuaci\u00f3n de la audiencia inicial en contra de Jos\u00e9 V\u00edctor \u00abN\u00bb y Francisco Alberto \u00abN\u00bb, ex funcionarios de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n y Cultura (SEC) por su probable responsabilidad de los delitos de peculado e incumplimiento de un deber legal, quedando ambos vinculados a proceso con la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A criterio del Juez, los datos de prueba presentados por el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, adscrito a la Fiscal\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n de Sonora (FAS), fueron suficientes para acreditar la probable responsabilidad de ambos imputados por los delitos se\u00f1alados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ambos imputados continuar\u00e1n recluidos en el Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social (CERESO) bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva impuesta en fecha 28 de agosto pasado, a fin de evitar el riesgo de evasi\u00f3n y para garantizar la comparecencia de los se\u00f1alados en las siguientes etapas del proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Sonora (FGJES) mantendr\u00e1 las investigaciones complementarias por un periodo de cuatro meses para fortalecer la carpeta correspondiente en espera de pr\u00f3ximas audiencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
