La secretaria de Agricultura, Brooke Rollins, asegur\u00f3 este viernes que luego que el presidente Donald Trump public\u00f3 en su red Truth Social su reclamo a M\u00e9xico por un supuesto incumplimiento en la entrega de agua a los agricultores de Texas, funcionarios mexicanos se pusieron en contacto con ella inmediatamente para abordar el tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante una entrevista en la radio AgriTalk, Rollins revel\u00f3 que \u201ca las dos horas de que se publicara el llamado en Truth Social, la gente de M\u00e9xico estaba llamando para concertar una llamada conmigo\u201d, y afirm\u00f3 que \u201clo que ha cambiado ahora es que tenemos un presidente dispuesto a hacer lo necesario para conseguirlo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La funcionaria sostuvo este viernes una llamada con el subsecretario de Estado estadunidense, Chris Landau, y con su hom\u00f3logo mexicano, Julio Berdegu\u00e9 Sacrist\u00e1n, para abordar \u201cla urgente crisis derivada del incumplimiento por parte de M\u00e9xico de la entrega de agua a los agricultores estadunidense\u201d, inform\u00f3 en su cuenta de X, y agreg\u00f3 que la agricultura de su pa\u00eds \u201clleva a\u00f1os pidiendo este alivio y no lo ha conseguido\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
