De esta cifra, 469,250 son mujeres, marcando un r\u00e9cord en la participaci\u00f3n femenina dentro de la actividad econ\u00f3mica del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jefe del Ejecutivo estatal indic\u00f3 que Sonora se posiciona en el s\u00e9ptimo lugar a nivel nacional en participaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de mujeres, superando la media nacional del 46%. Este avance no solo resalta el potencial del estado, sino que tambi\u00e9n refleja el progreso en la paridad de g\u00e9nero dentro del \u00e1mbito laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, la Organizaci\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3micos (OCDE) establece una meta del 67% de participaci\u00f3n femenina en la econom\u00eda. Con estos resultados, Sonora se ubica entre los 10 primeros estados del pa\u00eds, muy por encima de la media nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumado a estos avances, el estado ha alcanzado su m\u00e1ximo hist\u00f3rico del 41% en participaci\u00f3n laboral femenina, seg\u00fan cifras del INEGI, reflejando un crecimiento sostenido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno de Sonora continuar\u00e1 impulsando pol\u00edticas y estrategias que favorezcan la integraci\u00f3n plena de las mujeres en la actividad econ\u00f3mica, contribuyendo as\u00ed al desarrollo sustentable de la
