La Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia y Derechos Humanos del Congreso del Estado recibi\u00f3 el informe anual de labores de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos (CEDH Sonora), presentado por su presidente, Luis Fernando Renter\u00eda Barrag\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El diputado Ren\u00e9 Garc\u00eda Rojo (PT) destac\u00f3 que esta comparecencia se llev\u00f3 a cabo en cumplimiento de los art\u00edculos 16 y 20 de la Ley que Crea la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Renter\u00eda Barrag\u00e1n inform\u00f3 que, durante 2024, la Comisi\u00f3n atendi\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 16 mil personas y emiti\u00f3 un total de 416 resoluciones en materia de medidas cautelares, con un cumplimiento del 100 por ciento. Estas acciones permitieron dar respuesta efectiva a casos de personas desaparecidas, mujeres v\u00edctimas de violencia, ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes en situaci\u00f3n de riesgo, as\u00ed como a personas privadas de la libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, el organismo elabor\u00f3 cinco informes especiales con estudios detallados y propuestas de armonizaci\u00f3n legislativa en materia de derechos humanos, adem\u00e1s de emitir diez opiniones legislativas. En el \u00e1mbito de la capacitaci\u00f3n, se impartieron m\u00e1s de 800 cursos y se firmaron 15 convenios de colaboraci\u00f3n con diversos sectores, entre ellos c\u00e1maras empresariales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como parte de su labor, se cre\u00f3 la Oficina para el Protocolo de Estambul, encargada de investigar y dictaminar casos de tortura, siendo la \u00fanica de su tipo dentro de una comisi\u00f3n de derechos humanos en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finalmente, para fortalecer su estructura administrativa y adoptar una perspectiva procesal en materia de derechos humanos, se implement\u00f3 un nuevo reglamento interno que incorpora el uso de inteligencia artificial en el \u00e1mbito jur\u00eddico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
