El Congreso de Morelos, con mayor\u00eda morenista, destituy\u00f3 esta tarde con 16 votos a favor a Uriel Carmona G\u00e1ndara como fiscal general del estado, por haber incurrido en causas graves y no cumplir los requisitos para ocupar el cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Esta decisi\u00f3n se toma despu\u00e9s de que Carmona present\u00f3 en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados una solicitud de desafuero en contra del diputado federal y ex gobernador morenista Cuauht\u00e9moc Blanco para que sea investigado por el delito de violaci\u00f3n en grado de tentativa en contra de su media hermana, Nidia Fabiola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este mismo jueves, antes de la sesi\u00f3n del Congreso, la presidenta de la mesa directiva de la 16 legislatura, Jazm\u00edn Solano, recibi\u00f3 un documento firmado por H\u00e9ctor Javier Garc\u00eda Ch\u00e1vez, jefe de la oficina de la Gubernatura del estado, donde solicita la separaci\u00f3n definitiva de Uriel Carmona como fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Edgar Antonio Maldonado, quien se desempe\u00f1aba como consejero jur\u00eddico del gobierno de Morelos, fue designado esta noche nuevo fiscal del estado, en sustituci\u00f3n de Uriel Carmona G\u00e1ndara, quien fue destituido a solicitud de la gobernadora Margarita Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
