regidora Vicky Espinoza, acompa\u00f1ada por Ibeth Fuentes y Juan Carlos J\u00e1uregui, inform\u00f3 que durante la sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo se aprob\u00f3, con mayor\u00eda del PRIAN, una reforma a la estructura org\u00e1nica de la Promotora Inmobiliaria y al Reglamento para Sustanciar y Emitir Declaratorias de Abandono y Posesi\u00f3n que le otorga la facultad de adjudicarse lotes bald\u00edos o regidora Iveth Fuentes a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la reforma fue aprobada con 18 votos a favor y cinco en contra, y expres\u00f3 que se tomar\u00e1n acciones legales contra esta medida, la cual consideran carente de fundamento jur\u00eddico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Juan Carlos J\u00e1uregui llam\u00f3 a las y los regidores que entrar\u00e1n en funciones el pr\u00f3ximo 15 de septiembre a estar
